Happy November! Welcome to a long overdue blogpost. It’s been forever since I updated my blog and I feel like all throughout the month of October I’ve been completely absent from social media compared to most other months. I’ve been doing my best to make the most of the month of October in Paris so here is everything I’ve been up to lately!
Autumn is here and so is my favourite season! As an autumn baby and a libra myself I have always really resonated with the change of weather in October. I just love to see the leaves falling from the trees, how the colour palette of the world changes from green to orange and how all of the autumn warm colours contrast with the dark blue sky in the evenings. The weather this time of year is perfect for hot cups of tea, chai lattes, warm blankets, cuddles and cosy sweaters and what could honestly be better than that?
I really come into my element in the Autumn and especially during October because I get so excited for Halloween, my birthday and just spooky season in general so it’s a given that I would feel like my style is at its peak this time of year.
If you guys watched my latest lookbook on YouTube you’d see a lot of my favouite outfits that I’ve been wearing in Paris lately but I still thought I’d share some photos here too.
Today was the first day in Paris where I could finally walk around comfortably wearing what is probably the softest sweater I have in my closet. Autumn is a time of year that makes me feel so nostalgic for starting back in school, celebrating my birthday with my friends and family and of course, Halloween. I love this season because it’s a beautiful feeling having these memories and being able to cosy up with your favourite knitwear, feeling completely protected from the cold by the fabric as I clasp a hot drink (or in my current case, a chai latte) in my hands.
This is a season that not only feeds my indulgence for the aesthetic of crispy gold leaves on the footpaths and everything pumpkin flavoured, but autumn is my favourite season in terms of style as well.
