It’s been a long time since I actually went outside in Paris to take some photos of the city I love. No matter where I go here, every photo turns out to look like the backdrop of a movie poster in the cinema and it feels amazing being able to appreciate that again.
Something I can never get enough of about the city is the thrift stores here. Two months ago we found this fluffy white coat in a vintage store and I’ve been smitten with it ever since. It’s so soft and so stylish. It makes me feel like both an ice princess and a girl in a hip hop music video at the same time and if that’s not a mood then I don’t know what is.
Every step I went through to live in Paris
Paris syndrome hits hard when it comes to apartment hunting, especially when you realize just how competitive it is to find a decent place to live in the city. If you’re a foreigner here there are so many unnecessary hurdles to jump over and so many obstacles put in place that are borderline xenophobic. In this post I’m going to be sharing with you all the steps I had to go through to find my apartment in the city centre. Brace yourselves, it’s gonna be a long one.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Hello everyone and HAPPY NEW YEAR! Today on the channel I put together a little recap of 2019 for you and the highlights from the year in Paris.
I really hope you enjoy and that 2020 will be a great year for you!
Getting The Photos From My Disposable Camera Back
Remember my October goals video where I went out in Paris with a disposable camera and took pictures all around the city? Well I finally got them back!
Spending Christmas in Paris
Paris is known as the city of lights so it’s no surprise that every year each one of the arrondissements becomes illuminated by all of the most beautiful decorations for Christmas. In today’s post I will be sharing all of my favourite places to go to get into the Christmas spirit as well as the most stunning of decorations.
In today’s video I got to model in a photo studio in Montmartre with some of my friends. Honestly it was a crazy experience because I’ve had so many opportunities to do little modelling jobs here and there in Paris and A LOT of them involved me standing out in the cold for hours, shivering between changing outfits. It felt so good to be warm inside a photo studio!
You’ll see in this video that we played a lot with different lighting, poses and effects to create the best portrait photo. I really hope you enjoy! I’m going to leave the photos down below so you guys can see the result of the photoshoot.
In today’s video I’m sharing my story about moving to Paris at 20 years old. Hopefully if you guys are thinking about moving country or are interested in how to move to Paris this video will help you out.
There will be more posts up here soon. For the time being I’m prioritising YouTube while I’m getting through exams. Bisous
