WINTER SKINCARE

Three Products That I Have Been Loving Lately

My skin always gets quite dull, dry and tired in winter especially because it’s the busiest period of the year for me. Between exams and assignments and late nights and early mornings it becomes so hard to keep my complexion looking bright but these products have been helping a lot so today I thought I’d share them with you.

This is a stupidly decadent face mask I’m not going to lie. At first I felt like it was just a little bit too visually entertaining to be an actually good mask but I was quite surprised with the results. The pumpkin extract in the mask really helps to minimise pores and because it’s a peel off mask it removed a lot of the oiliness and shininess that had been hanging out on my face.

Overall the mask made my skin feel really clean and pure so I was pretty happy with the result!

I really love the moussey texture of this moisturiser. This cream is perfectly formulated for dry skin and it contains a rich amount of amino acids, fatty acids and hyaluronic acid that are naturally present in the skin to add moisture. Using this stuff in the morning always makes my skin feel fresh no matter how fatigued I may be feeling.

This is an oil-free serum that is a hero for my dry skin. For the longest time I would skip out on serum in my skincare routine but last year in one of Taylor R’s videos on YouTube she said that a good serum is a key ingredient in youthful looking skin and because she always has such plump and youthful skin I immediately took her word for it.

Whenever I apply this serum I can really feel it seeping deep down into my pores because my skin just drinks it all up in an instant. I love how hydrated, smooth and plump it makes my face feel and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who has dry or tired skin in the winter.

That’s it for this little skincare post. I really hope you guys enjoyed it and I’ll see you very soon in our next one!
