How I Spent My October in Paris

What I’ve Been Up To During My Favourite Month of the Year in My Favourite City

Happy November! Welcome to a long overdue blogpost. It’s been forever since I updated my blog and I feel like all throughout the month of October I’ve been completely absent from social media compared to most other months. I’ve been doing my best to make the most of the month of October in Paris so here is everything I’ve been up to lately!

Appreciating the Change of Scenery

Paris in the autumn definitely has a lot of beauty to boast and there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing the entire city transforming into amazing shades of red and gold as the leaves fall from the trees.

Walking in the Parks

There’s so many parks here in Paris and there’s honestly no better place to appreciate the falling leaves than in one of the city’s stunning gardens. In the photo above I went to Père Lachaise cemetery where Jim Morrison is buried along with a lot of other famous people. It was honestly so beautiful and I can’t wait for you guys to see it once my goals video comes out at the start of November!

Indulging in Sweet Treats

Is that a pumpkin spice latte in my hand in the first photo? You bet it is! Autumn is a time for me to really indulge in comfort food, especially as the weather begins to get chillier. For my birthday, my boyfriend bought me a box of macarons from ladurée and I couldn’t be more in love!

Doing Spooky Things

Halloween has always been my favourite holiday so throughout October I’ve been trying to do as many spooky activities as possible. Greg and I carved a pumpkin in our most recent YouTube video and ever since we’ve been obsessed with collecting them and decorating them. The next thing left to do is to find some recipes for some more comfort food!

Wearing Cosy Outfits

Is there anything better than wrapping up warm in a cosy Autumn outfit? I love this season for the fashion and I love wearing warm scarves, cute hats and knee high boots more than anything. This new coat that I got is my new favourite thing ever and I’m so excited to wear it all winter.

Celebrating My Birthday

My birthday was on the 21st of October and honestly I had a blast celebrating it. You’ll see everything in the vlog coming out at the beginning of November but for now let’s just say there were lots of french treats, cute presents and romantic moments.

Making YouTube Videos

The main reason I haven’t been active here on the blog is really because I’ve been so focused on our YouTube channel. I have a mountain of videos filmed and I’m so excited to be able to release them. I feel like little by little I’m getting more ideas for editing and I’ve even been adding animations at the beginning of each video.  The next big project is to create an ending screen but for now I’m mainly focusing on content.

The Paris monthly goals one will be coming out soon but for now I really would love for you guys to check out my pumpkin carving vlog for Halloween!

That’s all from me for now. Thank you so much for reading and I’ll see you very soon in our next post.
