A Cosy and Classy Outfit of the Day
Autumn is finally here which means that it’s time to bring out the shades in your wardrobe that match with the harmony of the falling leaves on the trees. Autumn has always been my favourite season for two reasons; the first being that the colours are just so warm, so ethereal and the world is practically dyed a different shade of beautiful by the faint sun that shines through the trees as well as the multi-coloured leaves that fall from them. The second reason is because it’s just so delightfully cozy and that’s exactly why I’m coming to you for today’s post from the comfort of a Parisian cafe corner.
When I was back in Ireland I picked up what is probably the most perfect Autumn coat I have ever come across. Suede is always a great jacket material for that kind of in between weather that we find in Autumn because it just strikes the perfect balance in terms of body temperature. One reason why this coat gains major bonus points in my books is thanks to the fact that it has deep pockets which are equally as practical as they are useful for achieving a laid back and casual vibe. And can we just take a minute to appreciate that gold detailing? I am smitten.
This whole look was really about creating as much of a harmony between as many warm colours in my wardrobe as possible. This cord skirt is also an old favourite of mine especially for this time of year and I love how the subtle floral print brings a bit of liveliness to the outfit.

What a piece! Its so gorgeous and as usual your pictures are so lovely! I live in a tropical country where its hot and humid all year round sadly, but I really love Autumn! Its cold (so I won’t sweat) but not too cold and the fall fashion is my fave!
