After seeing Pewdiepie and Marzia’s wedding video this week, I have to admit that I’ve been feeling pretty inspired by botanical gardens lately, especially because they are so ethereal and photogenic, especially when you step into the greenhouses.
Kew Gardens are the royal botanic gardens in London and the place where Pewds and Marzia had their wedding but actually there is a similar garden located in Glasnevin, Dublin which is definitely worth a visit for the stunning glass houses and exotic plants.
For today’s post I thought I’d share some of the pictures that I snapped along my travels there!
The architecture of the glass houses is so beautiful and so unique and the climbing plants inside made it all the more spectacular.
For today’s outfit I went for a classic black and white look but if you are planning on spending any time in the garden then I wouldn’t recommend wearing the same ridiculously high heels that I decided to put on. There is a lot of walking to do at the National Botanic Gardens and it’s worth not being held back by your footwear choices when you go!
The last thing I wanted to mention was this floral perfume from Diptyque which is so fitting for a luxurious botanical setting like where I was today. Smelling like a rose among a garden of them is always a pleasant feeling if I do say so myself.
And that’s it for this little botanical themed post. Let me know in the comments what you think of the setting. Would you like to visit a botanical garden too?
Thank you guys so much for reading and I’ll see you very soon in our next post!
