Christmas is Coming!
The first of December has finally arrived which means it’s officially time to get into the festive mood. And what better way to mark the first day of Christmas than starting our advent calendars?
Today I’m going to unbox the L’Occitane en Provence advent calendar and show you all 24 of the mini skincare products and haircare products that came in this amazing package.
This year rather than opting for the usual chocolate calendar, I wanted to treat myself with something a little more decadent. In the winter time I just love staying indoors and pampering myself, especially when the weather is exceptionally cold outside because my skin always ends up so dry.
So many of the products from L’Occitane are filled with essential oils that I always find to be good for restoring the vitality and moisture to flaky skin. What’s good about the products in the advent calendar is that they’re small enough to fit in your purse so you can always be well equipped with your hand creams and lip balms when the cold weather starts to attack.
In this calendar there are actually so many products that I haven’t tried out yet such as a lot of the hand soaps and hair products so I’m really excited to finally be able to give them a go. I’ve been obsessed with L’Occitane hand creams for the longest time now. The formula is just so softening to the skin and they always have the sweetest and most gentle scents.
And the final product in the advent calendar is this adorable little bottle of perfume, which I have to say is a really lovely gift, especially to open as the final gift in the calendar. The scent is fresh and sweet and its notes are quite reminiscent of the aroma of rosewater and cherry blossom so it’s a really pleasant daytime scent.
Honestly this calendar is the perfect gift either to yourself or a loved one, whether you’re familiar with L’Occitane products or not, the small sizes of each of the products included in the calendar means its perfect for trying out new things. And even if like me and this is a brand that you love, the calendar is full of so many amazing products to pamper yourself with.
That’s all from me for this blogpost you guys. As usual links to everything are listed above. Unfortunately the Advent Calendar is sold out on line, however I did see it in the windows of a few boutiques in Paris so it may still be available in store.
Thank you guys so much for reading and I’ll see you very soon in my next post.
