A Holiday at Home
Hey everyone! Hope you’re all doing well. Today I’m back with a little travel post for you guys. On the 21st of October I celebrated my 21st birthday and because the day happened to fall on a Saturday, myself and my cousin decided to hop on a plane for the weekend and travel back home to Dublin.
While I didn’t take too many photos during the actual celebration of my birthday, I did take quite a lot at my favourite places in the city. The vibe around Temple Bar and the Creative Quarter is just so cool and even just passing by all the usual everyday sights of my life one year ago was a really sweet feeling. There’s some things in life you need to be away from for some time to realise how pretty they are.

What’s cool about Dublin is that it only takes a short train-ride going from the south of the city to end up in some really picturesque little coastal towns. All of them are really unique in themselves and there’s a lot of cute little rocky beaches to explore. If you ever get the chance, it’s well worth visiting Bray for the Cliff Walk.
Though the weather was extremely cold (as it always is this time of year in Ireland,) walking around the steep green cliffs and breathing in the fresh sea air was really refreshing, especially coming from a city as big and as busy as Paris.
And that’s it for this post! Really short and really sweet I know, but so was my trip back home.
Thank you guys so much for reading. I’ll see you very soon in my next post.
